Mum's the Word

As a mom, I try to save as much money as I can, cause let's face it - kids are EXPENSIVE! They're always ruining or outgrowing their clothes and shoes, they constantly need food - sometimes more than usual for their crazy growth spurts - and they of course need tons of toys, and let's not forget diapers and wipes - oh boy! So, when I have the chance to repurpose something and save some money instead of buying brand new, then that's what I do. To the left you'll see various pinterest boards, all categorized by room in the house. They're all DIY boards which means they contain tons of Do it Yourself projects - which to me is just another form of art! There is so much you can do and endless possibilities. While I lean toward the more simple, modern, minimalist look, I also love shabby chic, vintage style with tons of detail. The two can harmonously exist together, but you just gotta pair it right! To the right, I have a LIVE Pinterest feed which displays all my favorite Home Decor Tips and Advice, like how to style a bookshelf, how to dress your curtains and make a bed - it's just fun knowledge that adds a little something more to your home to make it, well, YOU.
