Do you have trouble finding the right exercises to work certain parts of your body? Well search no more. If you view the list below, you will see various exercises listed for different parts of the body, as well as some full-body workouts. You can try each one out and see what ones work best for you and your difficulty level. You can also start off with fewer reps and sets if needed. All these moves are very simple to do, and in time you'll become a master of them, as I have.

 

To get the best results, you should exercise daily, focusing on every part of the body, not just one. If possible, try and exercise more than one body part at a time to maximize results. Ex. Do a dumbbell press while doing squats.

If you're unsure of what the moves entail, go to bodybuilding.com and check out their exercise guide. You simply type in the name of the exercise and it will give specific instructions and a video showing how to do the exercise. It also provides the muscle it works, the difficultly level, what type of exercise it is and much more.

 

Remember...

Always do warm up and cool down stretches or cardio before each workout

Always take a rest for around 1-2 minutes between each circuit or for about 5-10 full exercise moves

Have water nearby to drink, you never want to work out dehydrated!

Play Music - have a workout playlist with your favorite songs ready to go! Try to pick up-beat, fast, dance or pop songs.
