Unfortunately, not all moms are stay-at-home mom's. Most moms have to or want to, work part-time or full-time. In turn, we don't have as much time to dedicate to our personal life. No matter how busy you are, you NEED to make time for yourself. Whether it's 20 minutes a day or a few hours per week, alone time is therapeutic. You'll enjoy your "me-time" and you can release tension, stress and learn to feel good about yourself.Below I have developed various steps in helping you create a daily schedule/planner/routine - whatever you want to call it. You can easily make one in Word pad or on the Internet using these free printable daily planners:

1. Daily Docket by Simple Mom.

2. Daily Routine by Simple Organized Living.

3. Daily Planner by Organized Home.

4. Daily Schedule by Get Buttoned Up.

5. Daily Planner by The Household Planner.

Now some of you mommy's might be saying "are you crazy, I don't have time to create a plan for each day!?" If your schedule doesn't allow time to create daily planners, you can create a general daily planner that more or less summarizes your week instead. So instead of making a plan each night, you only have to do it once per week. I just feel like time is better managed when we take 5-10 minutes out of our day, usually before bed, to create a plan about what to do the next day. It just makes life easier and the day flow better. However, if you actually take the time to create a daily planner, you'll find your time is more organized and therefore you WILL have extra time in your day!

I have created a custom daily planner. You can check it out below to see if you like it. I also have one filled out to give you an example.
